Bugaboo is schedule to go in for an extremely aggressive radical ressection on the 12th down in Capitola. She has yet another doctor now, this one a surgeon specialist. They are going to remove all unnecessary tissue in the tumor region including bones. Thank fully it's all regenative tissues and all, but she's going to be really sore after this one.
The bf is helping me to cover costs that the Bugaboo Cancer Fund and I can not. Someone on the VAS list said he was quoted similarly for the surgery and it actually only came to $1900 so I'm really hoping that's the case. I won't be so indebted to the bf that way.
I'm taking all of Wednesday off for the surgery and the bf is going with me which I really appreciate for more than just his credit card. I'm prepared to take Thursday off too if it seems like Bug is still struggling. I want to make sure she gets her pain meds regularly and I can watch her for any bad signs.
Other than that, I'm just glad it's the weekened.
